It’s easy to think big, talk bigger. But where does that get you? Apparently, nowhere! So, let’s talk about the bare essentials- just the most important things that we need to do, to become a network marketing Internet business success story and generate unbelievable volumes of residual income (Empowerism).

Step # 1: Smart Recruitment for Internet and Network Marketing Business Oh, yes! It is one of the most neglected phases. Most people think, they should let just about anybody join, so long as they pay the money. But such a lackadaisical approach is where people find their network marketing Internet business floundering because they don’t realize that this is the foundation stone of success. If there are no leads or rather lukewarm leads, you will have no sales conversion, obviously no ongoing consumption because sales are not being converted and thus, no one to replicate! So what can you do? Well, it’s important to get into your Internet and network marketing system, people who share the same values, believe in things the same way that you do because only then your efficiency gushes down to the entire network marketing Internet business. Step # 2: Success Sales for Network Marketing Internet Business Now that you have generated leads, what will get you forward is converting them into formal sales. It is difficult to build trust in the customer – but the very fact that the customer has come back to revisit your capabilities and is showing interest – this makes him a warm lead. From cold leads to warm leads to final conversion, it’s not a cakewalk, but when you have a substantial number, you know you have arrived!

Step # 3: Ongoing Consumption for Your Network Marketing Internet Business The essence of an Internet and network marketing business lies in maximizing consumption and business and planning proactively for the success of your downline. If one can’t call the customer back for repeat purchases, the one time lead will fall flat for you. This is because time sales might get you initial business but will not help you sustain profit margins. The customer has a reason to come back only if your product is totally unique, or if it is extremely cost effective or if you build trust and commendable relationship with him to buy a product back from you, and also refer you through word of mouth for new lead generation. Then, you have earned your bread for the day! (Empowerism) Step # 4: Train the Trainer in Your Internet and Network Marketing Downline Motivating your downline to be results driven and encouraging them on a rough day is what a successful Internet and network marketing entrepreneur should do to become increasingly successful and training them to do the same to their downline. Non- monetary rewards and recognition go a long way in convincing your downline that you just do not have vested interests in them because of the business they might bring or the leads they may generate, but because you genuinely appreciate the value they add. It takes a lot more than just money and more money to build a network marketing Internet business empire, but with a little discretion, you might be writing one of these motivational articles a few years down the road!
